Rent and Funding Information
We aim to make the accommodation and funding arrangements as clear as possible for participants and their families.
- Fortnightly rent is equivalent to 25% of the Disability Support Pension, plus up to 100% of eligible Commonwealth Rent Assistance and 100% of the Energy Supplement.
- If the participant has Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) funding included in their NDIS plan, the applicable SDA funding will be claimed for the property.
- Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) funding may also be used for this property, subject to the participant's eligibility and NDIS plan.

- How do I book an inspection?
Simply give us a call at 08 7071 9276 , or send us an email at hello@careassure.com.au to book an inspection at your preferred time and convenience.
- Do you provide qualified and experienced support workers?
All Care Assure staff are experienced and with minimum qualifications of Disability Cert III, with additional and proactive training support such as Mental Health First Aid training and Crisis Intervention training.
- Do you provide support with medication management?
Yes, we do! All our support workers are highly trained in medication administration and management. Ensuring our participants day to day medication needs are administered on a timely basis.
