Mansi Thikekar is the Business Development Manager at Care Assure, leading business development initiatives across South Australia. She oversees participant admissions, new business opportunities, and transition planning, working closely with participants, families, hospitals, support coordinators, and allied health professionals to ensure smooth and successful pathways into care and accommodation services.

Passionate about person-centred support, Mansi believes that every participant has a unique story that deserves to be heard. She invests time in understanding each individual's journey, values, and aspirations, recognising that these stories provide valuable insight into how a person has lived their life and how they wish to continue living it. This approach helps her create meaningful connections and support outcomes that truly align with participants' goals.
