Care Assure Across Greater Adelaide
Adelaide is where Care Assure began and where we are most established. It is our largest service area, with the fullest range of services and the most availability anywhere we operate. From our head office at Hillcrest in the northern suburbs, we support participants right across the metropolitan area.
We support participants across greater Adelaide, from the northern and eastern suburbs through the city to the south and the coast. Every plan is built around the person's own goals and adjusted as needs change. For participants in the Adelaide Hills, we also support the Mount Barker area.
SIL and SDA
One is the home, one is the help. Specialist Disability Accommodation funds an accessible, purpose-designed house for people with very high needs. Supported Independent Living funds the workers who support your everyday life. A plan can carry either or both. Care Assure provides services across the region.
Supported Independent Living in Adelaide
Our Supported Independent Living support in Adelaide provides daily assistance from experienced support workers, helping you manage personal care, medication, meal preparation, household routines, and independent living skills. Adelaide offers our widest choice of SIL homes and current vacancies, with overnight and 24-hour supports funded through your NDIS Core Supports budget.
Specialist Disability Accommodation in Adelaide
SDA housing in Adelaide is provided by Care Casa, our SDA provider partner, for participants with extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. Their accessible homes span the High Physical Support, Robust, Fully Accessible and Improved Liveability design categories, and Care Assure delivers the daily support inside them. SDA is funded through your NDIS Capital Supports budget and is commonly paired with SIL.
Respite Care in Adelaide
Our respite care in Adelaide gives carers valuable time to recharge while participants enjoy a safe and supportive short stay. Every visit includes accommodation, personal care, meals, daily living assistance, and engaging activities in a welcoming environment. Respite is funded as Short Term Accommodation, with Medium Term Accommodation available when longer stays are required.

Our in-home disability care in Adelaide delivers personalised support directly to your home, including personal care, household tasks, meal preparation, community access, and overnight assistance where needed. These flexible services help you remain safely in your own home while receiving daily living support funded through your NDIS Core Supports budget.

Our hospital discharge support in Adelaide helps you return home safely by arranging accommodation, equipment, and daily supports before you leave hospital. We coordinate with hospitals, families, and allied health teams to prevent discharge delays and provide a smooth transition. Support is commonly funded through Medium Term Accommodation until long-term arrangements are confirmed.
