For Madeeha, success is more than just making the right decisions; it’s about resilience, leadership, and the ability to transform lives. This drive led to the creation of Care Assure.
Her journey began in 2019 when she struggled to find a suitable disability provider for her daughter. This challenge ignited her passion to make a difference, resulting in the opening of 54 specialised homes across South Australia offering 24/7 support, with services extending to Mount Gambier, Port Augusta, Whyalla, and Hobart, Tasmania.
Madeeha didn't just wanted diversity to be just a concept at Care Assure, instead, she wanted it to be embedded in company's culture. With a team representing 10 nationalities, Care Assure supports skilled migrants by providing jobs, visas, and housing. Cultural celebrations, including Eid, Diwali, and Christmas, are part of the vibrant atmosphere within the organisation, ensuring inclusivity for all. Clients are paired with highly trained staff to ensure comfort and a personalised experience.
Beyond care, Madeeha believes in giving back. Care Assure makes substantial contributions to organisations like Human Appeal, which supports underprivileged communities globally. They also sponsor 10 orphans for their education and upbringing until adulthood and fund free cancer treatments through the Shaukat Khanum Foundation Australia.
Founded with a mission to provide better, more inclusive disability homes, Care Assure’s purpose-built homes promote independence, and the company simplifies the onboarding process, making it efficient for families to get the support they need in just one week.
